What types of materials can your transfers be applied to? Our transfers can be applied to a wide range of materials including T-shirts, hoodies, hats, canvas, tablecloths, shoes, luggage, as well as non-traditional surfaces like glass, wood, and metal.
How long does it take to process an order? Typically, our production time is 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please contact us for expedited options if you have a specific deadline.
What shipping options are available? We use standard shipping services for most orders. If you need faster delivery, please mention this in your order notes and we can arrange for expedited shipping at an additional cost.
Can I return a custom-printed item? Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately to resolve it.
What should I do if I receive a defective product? If you receive a product that is defective or not as ordered, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
How do I ensure my artwork is suitable for printing? Please send us your artwork in high resolution and in the required formats specified on our website. If there are any issues with your artwork, we will contact you to discuss modifications.
What are the press instructions for applying the transfers? For best results, press the transfers at 325°F for 15 seconds under heavy pressure. Peel cold, cover with parchment paper, and press again for 15 seconds.
What if I entered the wrong address on my order? Please verify your address details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If an order is returned because of an address error, we will refund the purchase price excluding shipping fees.
